Logline: A cynical young actor teaches himself to walk after suffering from polio, only to womanize his way through the streets of 1960s Paris, searching for what it is to be a man.
The script is based on the memoir of the celebrated director Bernard Uzan who was a figure in the #MeToo movement. The script explores the question of what kind of alienation and generational trauma breeds misogyny, and the possibility of redemption and compassion in all of us.
