After a great deal of success directing and designing Don Pasquale for Hubbard Hall, I was invited to do a production for their latest venue in Schenectady, NY, at the super-modern HD Cinema at Proctor's Theatre. I wanted to do a traditional production through a modern lens, so I collaborated with designer Caite Hevner Kemp to develop projections on the 60-foot screen that evoked the glamour of Camille, 19th century watercolors, modern day reality shows and celebrity tweets.

Each character tweeted their stories based on text from the orginal Dumas novel; the tweets illuminated the scene transitions and can be read online @traviatamax, or www.twitter.com/traviatamax
